Located in the heart of Bucharest on the historic Strada Victoriei, our restaurant occupies a beautifully restored Art Deco building that once housed a legendary cinema. We've preserved the building's cinematic heritage while transforming it into an elegant dining space that pays homage to its storied past.

Meet Our Head Chef

Chef Adrian Constantinescu

Chef Adrian Constantinescu leads our culinary team with over 20 years of international experience. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and having worked in Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe, Chef Adrian returned to his native Romania with a mission to elevate Romanian cuisine to new heights.

His culinary philosophy centers on respecting traditional Romanian flavors while incorporating modern techniques and international influences. He believes that the best dishes tell stories—stories of the land, the seasons, and the people who cultivate the ingredients.

Under Chef Adrian's leadership, our kitchen has become a laboratory of innovation, where classic recipes are reimagined and new dishes are created with meticulous attention to flavor, texture, and presentation. His passion for sourcing the finest local ingredients has established strong relationships with farmers, foragers, and artisan producers throughout Romania.
